Little Book Factory Returns Policy

At Little Book Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we aim to fulfil your purchase in a timely manner. We understand that sometimes, though vary rarely, there may be a delay or a printer error. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Return Period

Standard Returns: You may return items purchased from Little Book Factory within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in these circumstances.

  • You have discovered a fault or defect with the book that was not picked up in the ‘print approval’ process either down to damage upon delivery or a printer error.
  •   We have failed to deliver the order within 40 days from the date in which the book was ‘approved’ to print by you.

Order Cancellation Period

You can have the right to cancel an Order in these circumstances:

  • We have failed to deliver the order within 40 days after the date you place the order

In both cases, we shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial delivery if there was a shipping error on our part).

Notice of wish to cancel or return an item must be made by email to help@littlebookfactory.co.uk

For clarification, the books created by Little Book Factory have been made to your specification and personalised according to your instructions so the rights to cancel or request a refund are only in relation to Faulty or defective products or delivery failures.

Return Conditions

You must return any book to Little Book Factory as follows:

  1. In original, unmarked, and undamaged condition
  2. Complete with all included materials and packaging
  3. Accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt
  4. Returned within the specified return period

We will then arrange for a full refund or voucher at our expense.

How to Return

Simply follow this short procedure to secure a refund:

·       Contact customer service at help@littlebookfactory.co.uk to receive a return authorisation. Please include photos of any damage where applicable.  

·       Package your item securely with all original materials

·       Include the original receipt and order number.

·       Send to: Returns Department, Little Book Factory at Pureprint, Bellbrook Park, Crowson House, Bolton CL, Uckfield, TN22 1PH

      We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

  • Mail returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Voucher Credit

  • Voucher credit is available as an alternative to refunds for returns without a receipt
  • A voucher credit is valid for one year from the date of issue
